My talk at the conference in Santa Fe was pushed back to the same time as
our g13 meeting. Hopefully there will be time for me to go over my
progress on next week's agenda.
Nick's suggestion of using a different fitting function for the KsSigma
peak seems to be making a significant difference. From simulation it is
clear that the missing mass drops off much quicker at lower energies that
my Gaussian fits allows. This could explain the variation seen between
the simulated KsLambda plus KsSigma and the lone KsLambda trials. I am
running the full range of simulations now.
Cheers,
-Chuck
