[g13] Analysis review

I believe Nick's cross sections and my own are reasonably close (see
attached- Black dots are mine, red triangles are Nick's).   Nick's lowest
energy bin is still off from mine, but it is his lowest bin with the worst
statistics.

I am of course open for more suggestions, but I was hoping I could begin
the process of my analysis review.  This friday I would like to present my
Analysis note and go over the possibilities.
