[g13] Updated Studies

Since last time, the following things have changed:

1) Proton min-p cut increased from 320 MeV to 330 MeV (see code in TreeFunctions.*)
2) Handling of bad-tagger-counter cuts improved for simulation (now reproduces beam-E bin migration correctly) (don’t cut with gpp, use code in TreeFunctions.*)
3) Dan Carman did studies of the target density, length, and systematics (separate doc)
