[g13] Files Missing

Dear all,

After being running some jobs in the farm I noticed that I was getting some
weird error for some of the jobs that could not find the files. Paul
suggested to submit a ccpr to understand what was going on. Apparently
there are some tapes that went missing after the tape library relocation.
So far I have noticed this only in the g13b for some of the files for the
coherent peak at 1.7, but I have not checked 1.5 and 1.3.

I will keep checking and I think I will have a list with the missing files
for the next meeting.
