[g13] Abstract for Fall DNP Talk (Colin Gleason)

Hi Colin,

The abstract is very nice! I am not sure about the last sentence, though. I don’t think that there is much hope for a high-precision complete measurement on the neutron given the outcome of g14. I would perhaps rather emphasize that g13, with its many observables and small uncertainties will have a large impact...
