[g13] [Frost] NSTAR2017 contribution

The deadline fro abstract submission is approaching. One week left. So far I got responses from Paul and Natalie. 
This looks somewhat surprising. We have a lot of analyses completed lately with interesting results to show to the NSTAR community..
