[G14_run] update on DC cal.

Dear all,

Just an update. I have met with both David Lawrence, and Mac Mestayer to
learn more about the DC calibration software and procedure. I believe that
I understand better the procedure and how to judge my calibration results.
I am ready to do DC cal. for g14b.

However, there is still an issue with the DC software. I can not upload
all the constants to the database. I hope it will be fixed soon.

Then let me know which run(s) I should start.
