[G14_run] no early start of the experiment

Hi,
our discussion this morning about an early start of the experiment was 
somewhat premature!
Alexandre got a mail from Arne that "there is no chance that the 
Accelerator will be ready early. We are presently projecting beam to 
halls no earlier than 2011-11-17."
Thanks for all who volunteered to help out during the weekend of Nov.12 
though!
