[G14_run] found bug in helicity assignment

Patrick,
I made the copy of helicity information into the cooked file (HEAD bank 
bits 29+30) too simple: I checked only event numbers of the neighbouring 
helicity events ... which could get screwed up after a longer beam trip. 
I apologize that I did not catch this in the reconstruction code 
although I corrected the preprocessing routine (sync) already end of 
December.

You can start now with cooking files in pass0 version1 (starting with 
68023).
