[G14_run] poll for g14 (HDice) weekly meeting time

Dear collaborators,
it appears that our previous meeting time (Fridays 10:30am) is still the 
favoured one during the summer months.
If anyone hasn't participated yet in the poll or wants to change her/his 
available time slots, please do it by tonight.
