[G14_run] Possible Reason for cooked files disappeared.

Andy,
that was another point that Sandy made: they had overlooked the fact that 
clasg14 had only 1TB disk space instead of 4TB.
We will keep the ROOT DSTs on /work/clas/clasg14/pass0/v2/ROOT

If I don't get a response of who submitted the 9611 jobs on Wednesday 
14:25 to 14:59, there won't be any data from a new pass on /volatile nor 
/work!
