[G14_run] poll for g14 (HDice) weekly meeting time

Dear Collaborators:

now that the g14 runs has ended and summer time is coming up, I would 
like to invite you to update our meeting time.
Please mark all time slots when you can participate!
I hope that in particular the European collaborators can get more 
involved into our discussions since they will focus on calibration and 
analysis issues.
