[G14_run] comparison of pass0 v8 versus v9

Peng,
you presented a comparison of E asymmetries using pass0 version 8 and 
version 9 data and got exactly the opposite for the gold2 period.
I tried to figure out the different settings we tried over the last 6 
months: changing the helicity delays, considering 2nd half wave plate or 
not ...

The v9 helicity data obviously have corrections for the 2nd half wave 
plate, which does not make sense (at least in Hall C nor for Moeller 
runs in Hall B). Also: considering the 2nd H.W.P. caused a general sign 
change but did not help with solving the problems with the January data.
I just commented out these lines - sorry I should have done it after our 
tests were done in May!

As pointed out in the last meeting: we'll wait for a few changes in DC 
calibrations and ST calibrations and will do another pass - neglecting 
pass0v9 completely.
