[G14_run] Sign inconsistency of silver period 5a and gold period 2 update

Dear all,

As you might recall from one of the early g14 meetings where I showed the
E asymmetries of reaction
gamma n(p)->pi- p (p) from silver period 5a and gold period 2 are
inconsistent in sign (one curves up, the other curves down).
In the last g14 meeting Franz informed that we now have two sets of runs
for the silver period 5a (one without the half-wave plate 2, and the other
is with the plate). I ran several test analyses and found out that the E
asymmetries are the same for the two sets. Consequently, the sign problem
is still there. My conclusion is like Franz suggested that the second
half-wave plate did not change the helicity bit of the photons.
