[G14_run] helicity offset study

Hi,
when starting jobs with the agreed helicity delays I figured out that I 
made a mistake in the submission script for the previous 9-interval 
offset files (silver5b1): it got the command line options from the 
standard run setting (8-interval delay), thus had to be identical with 
'silver5b' results!
I just (re)submitted the modified settings (silver5b1 (standard 
delay+1), and silver5b_1 (standard delay-1)) as well as all 'silver1' 
files with standard helicity-delay (8 intervals delay).
