[G14_run] CLAS CVS: packages/eloss HDICE.F HDICEupstream.F

Dear All, 

I did some eloss study with the new compiled eloss package as Franz suggested. The results showed two bands in the E_loss vs |P| plots for all three particles as shown in the following file,
