[G14_run] monitor plots for pass1v1 cooking

Hi,
I created the monitor plots (csql and anahist) for the empty and gold2 
target runs that are cooked.
Please scan through the plots to see whether we have any issue to 
resolve before continuing with the cooking.

Side note: I could not reproduce the glibc error (double free) when 
running any of the dstmakers interactively; it seems to happen only on 
the farm. I will run a script after the cooking to remake the skim files 
that had this error.
