[G14_run] new DSTs to check

Hi,
over the last days I generated some new DSTs to check for consistency 
and to compare to the full DSTs in pass0/v13/ROOT.
Since we have a few more skimming schemes, I created corresponding 
subdirectories under /volatile/clas/clasg14/pass0/v13/SKIMS/
Please use your analysis code and run it over the skim files (for your 
reaction) and compare the output with the output you get from the 
corresponding full DSTs in pass0/v13/ROOT (after your event cuts).
I chose all files from the runs 68050 (silver1), 68572 and 68574 
(silver5b), 69250 and 69251 (gold2). Note that the half-wave plate 
setting was changed between 68572 and 68574 and between 69250 and 69251 
- as usual the HEAD[0].TRIGBITS entry is already corrected in the DSTs.

The previous version of the p pi^- skim had too tight cuts ... I hope 
the new cuts are okay ...
