[G14_run] g14 meeting change

Dear Colleagues,
we are still in vacation until the end of the week. It is ok for us to 
move g14 meetings to Thursdays at 9:00 am (Jlab time).
There will be a few institutional meeting which will overlap and may 
occasionally prevent me from participating to g14 meeting,
but I will deal with the problem when it occurs.
