[G14_run] Deuteron momentum distributions

Hello Haiyun,
	Attached is the short program I used to compare three versions of the 
deuteron nucleon momentum distribution: the Hulthen momentum 
distribution, and the corresponding distributions from the Bonn and from 
the Paris Potentials.  Recall that I found them to be identical for our 
(g14) purposes.  You can just use the Hulthen distribution, which has 
only two numeric parameters and a trivial formula to evaluate.
