[G14_run] Congratulations to Dr. Dao Ho

Hi All,

     I am pleased to report that Dao Ho has passed his oral PhD thesis 
defense today.   He is now Dr. Dao Ho.

Tomorrow at the g14 meeting we may mention some of the issues that came 
up, but Dao passed with flying colors.
