[G14_run] a note on TOF corrections

Hi,

I expected the discussion on TOF corrections to be short this morning:
some of the offsets in Delta T plots that Irene showed last week are 
understood but the bulk of paddle corrections have to be studied once more:
- Haiyun's studies from last summer were based on silver 5 data (we 
might need different corrections for other run ranges);
- for some counters it is only possible to get reasonable results if you 
do empirical time-walk corrections based on the data.

I will work with Haiyun to get reasonable corrections over the next 
week(s)!
The current code can be downloaded

g9b I did some empirical time-walk corrections based on p pi+ pi- 
events, I will try to use the same correction functions for problematic 
'green' paddles first).
