[G14_run] g14 group meeting on 13May2015, 9:00am

Hi All,
I unexpectedly need to leave the office so can't make the meeting this 
afternoon. I have uploaded a couple of slides about the timing offsets 
we were seeing. After applying the new TSCtimecorr.h I have seen 
improvements in delta beta but not in delta T. I thought the delta beta 
offset was symptomatic of the delta T offset. I included my definition 
of delta T to see if there is something obvious that I am missing here. 
Or is this another issue?

If there are thoughts on this at the meeting, please let me know. 
Otherwise I can show this next time.
