I think Tsuneo meant to say "effective" neutron target, not "efficient".

Let me repeat again - you do not have polarized neutron target - your target is the deuteron. Please adjust your 
text accordingly. 

Secondly, for pg 2, Sec 3.1. You are doing experiment. Please use correct words as determination, measurement, 
not calculation.
