[G14_run] Comments on Haiyun's v2 slides

Might be nice to give the audience an idea of the average values of photon and target polarisations. You can mention that these are determined independently using the Analytic Bremsstrahlung Calculation (which fits photon-energy spectrum/enhancement distributions) and NMR.
