[G14_run] Abstract for NStar 2017

Hello Haiyun,
You could remove the first two words of the title since the abstract now emphasizes the new “G” results, stating that “Sigma”
is mainly used to corroborate previous results. But it would not be too long if you left it as it is.
Also: "Jefferson Lab” (Capital “L”), and “…from THE g11 experiment…”
