[G14_run] CLAS Analysis Note Observable E gn-->K+Sigma-

Dear g14-ers, 

See attached for the Analysis note for the determination of E on the reaction gn—>K+Sigma-
I have presented the note two weeks ago, and not much has changed. I have added the latest prediction curves on our data, along with some more details following your recommendations during the presentation. 
Some more discussion will be added to the last part once we have some more input from theorists.

Please let me know of any feedback as soon as possible as I would like to submit this next week.
