[G14_run] Revised draft of K0Y0 paper and replies to all comments from collaborators

Dear All,

I may not be able to attend today g14 meeting because of an official 
local event I cannot avoid. I have started to read the final version of 
the paper.

I have noted some minor suggested  corrections in the following.

line 148 - We assume -> We assume,

line 149 - experience -> experience,

line 154 - with parameter constraints largely from SU(6) -> with 
parameter constraints largely fixed (or imposed, or taken...) from SU(6)

line 157 - The second model -> The second model,

line 158 - results -> results,

line 161 - data from before about 2008 - contains a sequence of three 
conjunctions and adverbs, difficult to read

line 165 - is most up to date -> is the most up to date
