[G14_run] [EXTERNAL] Re: Reminder: g14 meeting tomorrow at 9:00 am JLab time

The log of composing G at 1900 to 1980 MeV and cos(theta) at  0.54-0.69 is
at below. I highlighted those bins ended up with out-of-the-range values.
The yields follow the blue text:

the inefficient sector.
