[G14_run] [EXTERNAL] g14 meeting summary

Dear All,

the Analysis note on Sigma and G asymmetries of pi-p photoproduction on 
a quasi-free neutron target is almost complete.

There are a few additional details to adjust:

- update Table 2: remove the last W bin data and correct the numerical 
values as used in the code;

- update all the Figure Captions of Appendix B including the description 
of the fit parameters p0 and p1;

*For Franz: *please update the sentence in page 31, elaborating the 
specific application to the g14 analysis case:

Therefore, the ANB fit was effectively performed on the envelope of 
E-counter enhancement spectra, taken at 2-second
intervals. This adds another uncertainty of about 6% [13].

*For Igor: *there is no evidence we should flip the G asymmetry by 
inverting the target polarization sign. We are relying on the NMR 
measurements reported in:

As soon as the corrections are implemented please send me a message. The 
aim is to submit the Analysis Note to the review committee.
