Dear g14 analyzers,

A new Fall teaching schedule starts next week for several people, so we will be moving the weekly g14 analysis meetings to Thursday mornings from 09:00 – 10:30 EST, starting next week, August 28. For those at Jlab, the meeting room will move to L207 (the DOE conference room on the 2nd floor of CC).

We also need to migrate to the Bluejeans conferencing network. We tried that out this morning and it more or less worked. If you connect via a web browser, you can share your desktop and present whatever you like (which lets you point by moving a curser that others can see); and we can wave to each other!
You can also connect by phone and separately view a web page (which is what we had been doing with ReadyTalk). Instructions for both are below.

Connecting via a web browser:
• under "Attend a Meeting" on the right:
- join as participant
- under "Meeting ID", enter 9225697356
- under "Name", enter your name or something I can recognize
- select "ENTER MEETING" (Blue Button)

• if you have not used Bluejeans before on that PC/MAC, you will
be asked to download a plug-in, and you might have to go through that
process twice.

• you will be directed to a new page, with video from the participants on
the right. At the top of that panel (just to the right of the symbol with
two blue heads) is an icon of a PC screen - that gives you "sharing
options", under which you can select "share my desktop". That lets you
present/show anything that’s on your desktop - a ppt or pdf presentation, etc, so that everyone can view;

• to leave the meeting at the end, use the red phone icon in the upper right to hangup
