    <p>Hello All,</p>

    <p>I will be traveling until the middle of June.   I'd hoped to join

      the meeting today, but preparations for travel have become

      urgent.   I'll be in email contact if needed.   My recommendation

      remains that we should be drafting a paper on the pi- p results

      that we can edit over the next month or two, so that we have

      something ready to go when the technical review is over and we

      move to the ad hoc stage.</p>
