Tsuneo,

Andy responded already to most issues. You really have to present
all three analysis methods on equal footing!

I have a few additional comments:

to slide 1: besides the fact that we did not collect much
statistics in g14, it is impossible to measure all '16 spin
observables' (actually 15) in g14 with long. polarized target.
Also, for this reaction (pi^- p) we cannot measure any recoil
polarization observables!

to slide 3: we did NOT have a polarized neutron target (it was
polarized H and/or polarized D): the quasi-free neutron data were
inferred from this - I think we discussed this issue several times
in the g14 group! (To what extent our final results are from
quasi-free neutron reaction is also not clear: the cuts reduced
FSI and D-state contributions but we never claimed that this was
free neutron data - even if I called the extrapolation to p_miss=0
the 'pure E asymmetry').

to slide 20: your error table is correct (sorry, I screwed up: I
used the combined systematic error for the 3 analyses from an
earlier version where some contributions were missing). I correct
this in the analysis note!

Cheers,

Franz

Dear,
I am attaching a pdf file for my talk on Spin2016 (my talk will be
on Tues. the next week). My talk has 15 minutes long and 5 min. of
discussion time.
For the systematic error table, the numbers are slightly different
from those in the analysis note; I am trying to discuss them
with Franz.
Any comments and suggestions are welcome.
Regards, Tsuneo Kageya.
