I see that the three most popular time slots are:

- Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 -10:00 but we cannot meet without
Reinhard

- Friday from 9:00 to 10:00. I have meetings on Hybrid baryons

minutes, but should

finish by 10:00.

- Friday from 10:00 - 11:00 when Haiyun is not available.

Maybe the best compromise is Friday starting at 9:30, knowing
that I may join the meeting late and Haiyun may need to leave the
meeting early.
To ensure that everyone is filling out the poll the same way,
the poll asks to check boxes that DO NOT work. So a green
check is a BAD time. It now seems that Friday 9:00 – 10:00 is
clear, and only Haiyun has a conflict from 10:00 – 11:00.
Does anyone have trouble with that day and time slot ???
No, that time does not work. Take another look at the
Doodle poll. In fact there is no time when everyone is
available.
Re: g14 meeting time/day
Hi Folks,

For future g14 meetings (after tomorrow), a scan of the
Doodle poll suggests that Thursday mornings, 9:00 to 10:00
are good for everyone. When we need additional time, only
Haiyun has a conflict from 10:00 – 11:00 on Thursdays, but
we can always start off with his presentation at 9:00, so
this shouldn’t be an issue. If there are any last minute
thoughts, please voice them tomorrow.
