[g2p_ana] g2p Weekly Meetings

Dear g2p analysis team,

Last week I counted 10 presenters at our weekly meeting.  As we get closer
to the run, presentations are likely to get more detailed.  This is great,
but in order to keep some order,  please consider the following
recommendations when you plan your talk:

1) Please don't use your own laptop unless absolutely necessary.  Use the PC
in the conference room.

2) Post your talk on the web, and create a link to it on the weekly
agenda<https://hallaweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php?title=G2p_Weekly_Analysis>.


This will give us some rough idea of how to allocate time at the beginning
of each meeting.  If you have any problem editing the agenda, let me know
and we'll help you out.
