We will use teamviewer to share the screen during the meeting. Teamviewer
works  very similar to svn viewer. Every participant can control and remote
screen.
 It can be downloaded from
http://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/index.aspx
for free.
After installation one need to provide the remote ID and passcode
to join.  The ID and passcode will be sent through emails right before
the meeting.
