[g2p_ana] G2P septum I vs P curve, add to the regulation

Here is the fitted "I vs P" curve of the g2p septa.
(I is in A and P is the momentum in GeV/c)

p1                        =      320.527   +/-   0.386868
p2                        =      4.27697   +/-   0.532017
p3                        =     -10.9291   +/-   0.269228
p4                        =      4.27932   +/-   0.0448879

I(P)=p0 + p1*P+p2*P^2+p3*P^3+p4*P^4;

scale                   =    1.002278
p0                        =    -0.212553      +/-    1.38781
p1                        =    422.882         +/-    6.3143
p2                        =    -21.154          +/-    7.2188
p3                        =    10.188           +/-    2.13991

I(P)=scale * (p0 + p1*P+p2*P^2+p3*P^3);

Please put these 2 curves into the control and turn on the regulation.
We also want to have the ability to disable the regulation and change
current manually.
