Hi All,
I built a simple script to check if there have data lost in archived epics
file, you can find it in:
/w/halla-1/g2p/epics/checkepics.py
You need to use epicst2v.py file which is in the same directory.
The principle is, first I will check if there have << Network disconnection
>> string in the file, which means archiver was not recording epics
variable during that time. Then I will check the hall A status and current
during that time if epics variable didn't change in 10 minutes, and I'll
list all of the possible time period that might lose data when Hall is in
beam permit and current is higher than a threshold. Then you can compare it
in Archiver.
I checked HALLA:p is OK, no data lost during run.
You can use my epics2root.py script saved in the same directory or Chao's
code to insert it back to rootfile.
Feel free to ask me if you have any questions.
