 Dear collaborators,

the Hall A CC is very pleased to release the program of our upcoming
December collaboration meeting. The program can be found at:

Please note that:
-During the meeting there are two opportunities to get  your "Hall A Safety
Walk-Through" updated. Due to changes in the hall, everyone (including
anyone intending to take shifts) has to retake the safety walk-through.
-Not all speakers have been identified, but every spoke-persons have been
contacted. If this is not the case please let us know. The program will be
updated as we receive more info.
-If you favorite experiment/topic is not listed but should, please let us
know asap.
-Sessions chairs have been volunteered among postdocs working on Hall A
physics. Let us know if you will not be able to chair (and also if you
accept the charge).
- This meeting will be followed on Wednesday December 18 by a joint Hall
A-Hall C Analysis workshop. The organizer of the workshop is Ole Hansen.
The program of the workshop will be released shortly.
- *Registration* to the collaboration meeting and/or the analysis workshop
is open at:

I also take the opportunity of this email to remind everyone that  your
annual reports are due to Mark Dalton (dalton at jlab.org)  on Friday
December 13, 2013. That is the Friday right before the collaboration
meeting. All experiments currently under analysis or that have published
this year are requested to submit at least one page highlighting their
progress.  As always, we also welcome any voluntary contributions covering
subjects relevant to the hall or collaboration.  Mark sent an email about
this request on October 18.
