[g2p_ana] MySQL Helicity Gated Charge Changes

Hi,
I remember I modified the helicity gated charge a years ago. Please check
the presentation at 2014.12.3, and the sqlite database:
$G2P/pzhu/work/bcm/getq/charge.db. The code is in the same directory. I
didn't modify the charge in MySQL database after that. Also I don't
remember I deleted the information, just overwrited. The difference changed
from Melissa's number is from the helicity cut. So if you use that you need
to use the same cut in the presentation. Thanks!
