[g2p_ana] Corrupted fileserver on JLab farm

Hello all,
For those of you not aware the JLab Scientific Computing group posted this
<http://scicomp.jlab.org/scicomp/> message on Monday regarding an issue
with one of their file servers. The short of it is that upon rebooting the
server a huge amount of data (30TB) became corrupted and is unrecoverable.
It looks like this has effected the g2p directory pretty severely. I have
rebuilt the replay directory using a backup but in it's current state data
is still unreplayable due to missing files in several subsystems (BPM,
optics, helicity, possible others). Since I don't have permissions for many
of these subdirectories if those in charge could check for corrupted files
by running the command "find [directory] -exec touch {} \;" it would be
much appreciated. If the file is corrupted it will return "[file]: Cannot
send after transport endpoint shutdown", and will have to be removed (using
"rm -f [file]") and then restored with a backup. Unfortunately this will
also return a permissions error if you do not have permission to certain
files in the directory you chose, piping the output to a file should make
it easier to sort between the two errors.
Thanks,
Toby
