[g2p_ana] Side view of beam dump

Hi Ryan,

I found this side view of local beam dump (see attached pic). On the left side you can see exit window on scattering chamber and on the right side is the septum entrance. The Al box in the middle contains the local beam dump. I don't remember seeing any He bag in this area.
