[G8b_run] Energy correction for g8b

Hi,

I have documented the ASU iterative technique. A pdf can be found at:

In addition to presenting the ASU technique, we have comparisons to the 
Glasgow and FSU results. It is shown that the newest Glasgow results 
(using the FSU momentum correction) is within a few MeV of the ASU results 
for energies between 1.5 and 3.0 GeV.

The final section of the document discusses potential weaknesses of the 
ASU technique.
