[G8b_run] next g8 meeting on Wed 23rd instead of Wed 16th Feb

Hi All,
I need to childmind at the time of tomorrow's meeting. Sorry I didn't 
realise earlier. If I had some fabulous polarization tables to announce 
I'd just do it with my kids screeching in the background - but alas I don't.

Let's make the next meeting 11.00 EST time on the Wed 23rd. I will post 
updated tables before that meeting.

Phil has indicated that he will rejoin the meetings, and I hope he will 
give a status report on the analysis note for Julian's thesis.
