[G8b_run] g8b problem

Hi Brian,

I looked back at calibration history for g8b and found that indeed a lot 
of counters were disabled.

The list matches yours.
It is worth to discuss it at g8 meeting. I CC: this to g8b_run mailing 
list. You should subscribe to it if have not already done so.
