[G8b_run] pol table update

Hi All,
As discussed in the meeting earlier this week I've completed the pol 
tables for all the g8 data except the 1.7 set.

The links to the relevant files and explanation on how to use them have 
been added to the document we discussed earlier.

of the page.

I'm still updating this document with some more details on how to use 
the tables, but they're available already.
