[G8b_run] some updates on polarization

Hi All,
I've updated the details of the polarization tables at 
http://nuclear.gla.ac.uk/~kl/g8b/pol_progress2.html

In particular section 3 has some code examples and suggestions and some 
talbes in the same form as the old ones for ease of running through your 
code.

Please mail me with questions coments. We can discuss this further at 
Monday's call.
