[G8b_run] Clas note on polarization fit function

Hi All,
I've just submitted a CLAS note on the fitting function
Polarization from Coherent Bremsstrahlung Enhancement.

It's not listed yet, but in the meantime it can be found at:

Another note on the application of this to produce polarization tables 
should soon by made by Nick and Myself.
