[G8b_run] New CLAS-note

Hi,

We have written the CLAS note regarding the polarization consistency 
corrections (CLAS-NOTE 2012-002). The note is a formal write up of the 
presentations and does not contain any changes to either, the 
polarization modification procedure, or systematics given 
in the most recent slides.
