Hi,

Ken and Franz have contacted me regarding my response to their comments 
and all issues have now been resolved.

After obtaining additional information from Franz regarding the wording of 
the PID scheme, I have revised the analysis note. The newest version of 
the note can be found at

If there are no objections, I am going to ask for the analysis review 
committee to begin working on the note.
